Common Questions

Who can create a campaign?

Any verified DuexMedia user can create a fundraising campaign. Nigerian users must also verify their state. Sign up through our Telegram bot to get started.

How long does approval take?

Most campaigns are reviewed within 24 hours. If rejected, you'll receive a notification with the reason and can edit and resubmit.

What are the fees?

The platform fee is 5%. If the campaign creator enables affiliate commission (4-15%), that's added. Donors can choose to cover the fees so the full amount reaches the campaign.

How do I withdraw funds?

You can withdraw to your main wallet or bank account from your campaign page. Withdrawals are processed daily between 1am and 11am. Charity campaigns withdraw directly to the charity's bank account.

What happens when my campaign reaches its goal?

The campaign automatically stops accepting donations and is marked as "Goal Reached." You can still withdraw any available balance.

Can I promote someone else's campaign and earn?

Yes! If the campaign has affiliate commission enabled, share the promotion link and earn a percentage on every donation made through your link. You must be a verified user to earn commissions.
