12. Governing Law

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Osun Judiciary Court.

13. Changes to Terms

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice.
2. Your continued use of our Services shall be deemed acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

14. Fundraising Campaigns

1. Users may create fundraising campaigns on the DUEXMEDIA platform subject to review and approval by our team. All campaigns must be honest, accurate, and not misleading in any way.
2. DUEXMEDIA reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any campaign at any time without prior notice, including campaigns that violate these Terms or our community standards.
3. Campaign creators are solely responsible for the accuracy of campaign descriptions, goals, images, and any information provided to donors.
4. A platform fee of 5% is deducted from each donation received before crediting the campaign's available balance. This fee covers payment processing and platform maintenance.
5. Campaign creators may enable a promoter commission (ranging from 3% to 15% depending on category) to incentivise sharing. This commission is paid from the campaign balance and does not increase the donor's payment.
6. Campaigns have a defined duration. Expired campaigns may still be eligible for withdrawal of the available balance.
7. DUEXMEDIA does not guarantee that any campaign will reach its stated fundraising goal.

15. Donations and Donor Terms

1. All donations made through DUEXMEDIA are final and non-refundable unless DUEXMEDIA determines at its sole discretion that a refund is warranted due to fraud or platform error.
2. By donating, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and that the donation is made voluntarily.
3. DUEXMEDIA does not act as a trustee or fiduciary for donated funds. Funds are credited to the campaign's available balance and disbursed to the campaign creator or charity organisation through the withdrawal process.
4. Donors acknowledge that DUEXMEDIA cannot guarantee how campaign creators use withdrawn funds. DUEXMEDIA provides a platform for fundraising but does not control the ultimate use of funds by campaign creators.
5. Donor information including country of origin may be recorded for platform integrity and reporting purposes.

16. Charity Organisation Partnership

1. Charity organisations may apply to become Verified Charity Partners on DUEXMEDIA. Approval is at the sole discretion of DUEXMEDIA and subject to document verification.
2. Charity organisations must provide accurate registration documents, bank account details in the organisation's name, and authorised representative information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate removal and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3. Approved charity organisations may receive a Verified or Trusted badge. DUEXMEDIA reserves the right to revoke these badges at any time.
4. For charity campaigns, withdrawal of funds is made exclusively to the charity organisation's verified bank account — not to the individual campaign creator.
5. Charity organisations acknowledge that DUEXMEDIA collects a platform fee of 5% on all donations received through campaigns associated with the organisation.
6. DUEXMEDIA may suspend or remove a charity organisation's listing at any time if it is found to be in breach of these Terms, misrepresenting itself, or acting in a manner inconsistent with its stated charitable purpose.

17. Withdrawal of Campaign Funds

1. Campaign creators may request withdrawal of the available balance in their campaign subject to platform withdrawal windows and limits.
2. Only one withdrawal request per campaign is permitted per day.
3. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by the DUEXMEDIA team. Approval is not guaranteed and may be withheld in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete verification, or policy violations.
4. Approved withdrawals will be credited to the campaign creator's wallet or their nominated bank account, depending on the withdrawal method selected.
5. For charity campaigns, funds are disbursed only to the verified bank account of the associated charity organisation.
6. DUEXMEDIA shall not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by banking systems, payment providers, or external factors.
